If your business is booming and you feel like you are sinking, you might be a victim of your success. Believe it or not, many small businesses fail even when at the height of their business success.

Crazy to think that you can fail, when business is booming. But it happens all the time. Today I thought I’d dive in some of the reasons that businesses fail when they are killing their sales goals.

In the below podcast episode, I discuss a local small business owner’s situation. He reached out to me to share some of the challenges that he and his wife have been facing in their business.

After just two years in business, their sales are booming, they are working tons of hours, and have built a good customer base. The problem is, they are also not making near the money they should be based off their sales. Everyone feels over worked and they are struggling to stay on top of everything.

The problem you face when overwhelmed like this is, you don’t know where to begin and you don’t have to the time to start even if you knew where to begin.
