Today's Business Tip: Finally, our tip is on making sure that you are not just providing what you think your customer needs but you should be providing what they want. How sometimes what they need doesn't line up. You must take them on a journey to help them understand why they need them. Remember, help them understand the benefits vs the features. Solve a pain point.
